Classic Manicure
First the special cuticle remover is applied to the finger nails and then the hands are soaked in warm water that contains aroma soap for a few minutes. This makes the cuticles softer and makes them easier to treat. Finally, I apply a moisturising lotion and cuticle oil. Time: approximately 40 minutes.

Spa Manicure
A treatment that leaves your hands feeling replenished, smooth and supple. Starting with a cuticle treatment, we then provide a "facial for your hands". This consists of a series of relaxing massages first with a fragrant skin peeling scrub with special activator that is similar to a facial mask, and then we follow this with a silky moisturising lotion. Not only will you feel more relaxed, your skin glow with health. Customers who try this once always want the treatment during their next visit. Time: approximately 55 minutes.

Nail Strengthening
A Gel treatment that strengthens and promotes the growth of natural nails. The gel is applied onto a prepared nail and then the gel is cured a UVA light, leaving the nail stronger but flexible and with a natural glossy finish. Time: approximately 1.5 hours.

Nail Lengthening
Treatment involves first preparing your natural nails and then applying either gel or acrylic material to build the nail. The gel or acrylic material is then cured under a UVA lamp for a few minutes. These can be natural looking nails, classic French look or decorated. Time: approximately 2 hours.

Nail Balancing and Infills
Due to nail growth the artificial nails need to be corrected every 3 to 5 weeks. The treatment involves shortening and filing the nails to allow more gel to be added and then re-applying the gel nails before final shaping and finishing the treatment with cuticle oil. Time: depends on how may weeks since your last visit and your natural nail growth, but approximately 1.5 hours.

Problem Nails
Some nail salons may refuse to accept clients with damaged nails, perhaps due to nail biting, as these take more time and greater care to treat. You are welcome at Iryna's Nails as we believe all women should be allowed to look and feel wonderful!

Decoration

Decoration can be simple, for example it's very popular to have one or two fingers with quiet designs on French nails. Or it can be more extravagant for a party or to express your personality. My talent as a nail technician is to listen to your ideas and then use my artistic skills to create the reality to your total satisfaction.

By using nail paint, stones, transfer and foil we can achieve a wide range of different designs, from subtle and sophisticated to wild and adventurous.

Nail Art
The designs are hand painted using a variety of colours to create geometrical shapes, pictures of flowers, animals or landscape scenes.

Gel Design
The designs are created by applying gels of different colours to create geometrical shapes, pictures of flowers, animals or landscape scenes. The advantage of gel design over nail art is that the gel design is harder wearing and looks wonderful for a longer time.

3-D Sculptured Nails
Nail bases can be either acrylic of gel depending on the clients preference. The sculptured (also called volume) design is then added using acrylic material and then artistically sculpted to create intricate and unique designs in 3D, such as flowers, animals or geometric shapes.

Aquarium Effect Designs
Using either gel or acrylic, and in some cases both, the design gives a unique "see-through" effect similar to looking into an aquarium.
